Strawberry cake with cream
Ingredientes
- 3 cups Flour
- 4 tsps Baking powder
- 3/4 tsp Baking powder
- Chantilly cream
- 1 cup Butter
- 2/3 cup Heavy cream
- 1 pza Beaten egg
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 3 cups sliced fresh strawberries
Instrucciones

Preheat the oven to 175º Celsius.

In a large cup, mix the flour, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder, and baking powder. Mash the butter with a mixer of your choice. Add the egg. Turn to a lightly floured surface and knead for 2 minutes. Press into a half-inch thick sheet. Cut into squares. Place on the baking sheets.

Add in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of sugar over the sliced strawberries.

Let the cake cool before breaking it up and fill the entire surface with whipped cream and the strawberries cut into pieces.
